L-3 Communications STRATIS has a current opening for a Systems Engineer opportunity supporting our Tetra team in the Washington Metro Area.
Primary duties include: JANUS - Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining a restricted access network consisting of Cisco network devices, HP servers, HP NetTop, Windows, SE Linux, and Solaris physical and virtual environments; experience with deploying and maintaining virtual machines and networks; experience with complex hardware/software integration; development of system documentation; ability to train service providers in deploying and supporting clients. This is a day shift position with core hours from 9am to 3pm.

Qualifications
Candidate must have one of the following:
• 12 Years of job related experience and a High School/GED diploma
• 10 Years of job related experience and an Associate degree
• 8 Years of job related experience and a Bachelors degree
• 6 Years of job related experience and a Masters degree
• 4 Years of job related experience and a Doctorate
Certifications and Skills: Cisco, Windows, Unix, Linux
US Security Clearance Required
: Top Secret/SCI
