We are looking for a qualified person to work at our high-rise apartment complex located in NW, D.C. If you are looking for an excellent opportunity, starting salary, benefits, and have the following qualifications, we are interested in speaking with you.
Demonstrate mechanical skills and ability.
Prior experience in basic plumbing, electrical and apartment maintenance.
Excellent trouble shooting skills needed.
Good communication and customer service skills required.
HVAC experience and licensing a plus.
Must be able to work some weekends and be on call.
Reliable transportation required.
